Posting, commenting, getting reactions, accepted answers, RSVPs, lessons, quizzes and finished courses all earn XP. Completing a profile earns it once.
Seven levels
Members climb from the first level to the seventh as their XP grows, and their level shows across the community.
Badges
Automatic badges for milestones like a first post, ten comments, a finished course or a long streak, plus badges you create and award yourself.
Streaks
Daily activity streaks pay out at 7, 14, 30, 60, 100, 180 and 365 days.
Leaderboards
This week, this month and all time, with a podium for the top three and each member's own rank.

Does watching videos earn XP?
No. XP rewards contributing and completing, such as posting, finishing lessons and passing quizzes, so it cannot be farmed by leaving a video running.
Can I create my own badges?
Yes. Create badges with your own art and award them to members.
