This policy explains what personal information Niche ("we", "us") collects through niche-engine.com and the forms, emails and text messages connected to it, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call, request a resource or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the answers you type into the form.
- Messages. If you agree to receive texts, we keep the texts we send you and your replies, and the emails we send you.
- How you found us. The tracking tags in the link you arrived from (such as utm parameters and ad click ids) and the page you first landed on, so we know which channel brought you.
- Usage data. Pages you visit, your browser and device type and an approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold the call you booked, and to send confirmations and reminders.
- To deliver the resources you asked for and follow up about them.
- To answer your questions by email or, if you agreed, by text.
- To measure which ads and pages bring in customers, and to tell advertising platforms about the actions you took so they show our ads to people likely to be interested.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and advertising tools
We use cookies and pixels from Google (Tag Manager and Analytics), Meta, TikTok and OpenAI to measure visits and ad results. These tools may collect information about your visit and combine it with information they already hold. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and limit ad personalization in your Google, Meta and TikTok account settings.
Text messages
If you check the box to receive texts, we text you about your call and about Niche. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, and HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. Phone numbers and consent are shared only with the providers that deliver our messages. See our SMS terms.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that run parts of our business for us, under contracts that limit how they use it: hosting, email delivery, text message delivery, video meetings, calendar, payments and analytics and advertising platforms. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we have a business relationship with you and as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link and out of texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights, such as to know what we collect and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
