About setup
Is my data shared with other clients?
No. Each client runs on their own copy of the platform with their own accounts, so data never mixes.
Can I use my existing phone number and accounts?
Yes. We connect your accounts during setup. Texting runs on a number registered for your business.
Do you migrate my contacts?
Yes. Contacts import from a spreadsheet and are matched by email or phone. Imported contacts can be emailed, and are texted only after they opt in.
Can I switch from done for you to running it myself later?
Yes. Your platform and your data stay where they are. Only who runs it changes.
