Niche Engine
Booking pages and a calendar that never double books
A booked call is where a lead becomes a customer. Niche Engine gives each kind of call its own booking page, offers only times you can really take, creates the meeting link and reminds the lead until the call starts.
What it does for you
Why teams use booking and calendar in Niche Engine
A page for each kind of call
Set the length, minimum notice, buffers, how far ahead people can book and a daily limit for each meeting type. Each gets its own booking page.
Only real openings
Your weekly hours and your Google Calendar busy time decide what is offered. The booking page and the AI always show the same times.
Meeting links made for you
A Zoom meeting is created with each booking, moved when the call moves and removed when it is cancelled.
Fewer no-shows
Reminders by email and text go out before the call, with the join link in front of the lead at the right moment. Add your own steps or a countdown.
Attendance recorded for you
After a Zoom call ends, Niche Engine checks who joined and marks the call completed or a no-show. You can still mark it yourself.

Questions
Booking and calendar: common questions
What time zone do leads see?
Their own. Every time on the booking page is shown in the visitor's time zone.
What if Google Calendar disconnects?
No times are offered until it reconnects, so nobody is ever double booked, and your team is alerted by text.
Can I ask questions on the booking form?
Yes. Add your own questions to each meeting type and require a phone number if you need one.
