Why it exists
The money pages say what you earned; this one shows where people drop off. Each step is counted from the event that records it, so a stage that quietly stopped working shows up as a low number.
How it works
- Choose Last 7, 30, 90 or 365 days and click Apply.
- Tiles show new contacts, buyers, texts out and in, and email open rate.
- The Funnel counts opt-ins, registrations, attended, replay viewed, calls booked and purchases, each with a rate.
- A note counts texts blocked for no consent, opt-out or quiet hours. Event volume lists the 20 most common events.
Works with
- Registrations: people behind the registration step
- Bookings: the calls booked step
- Revenue: money behind the purchases step
Common questions
How is this different from the other Ops reports?
Analytics counts people and actions, no money. Revenue is what buyers paid. ROAS divides that by ad spend. Qualified conversions lists ad buyers and what was reported. Ads is Meta, ad by ad.
Why can a step beat the one before it?
Each step is counted on its own, so someone who registered earlier can attend inside this window.
