Why it exists
A strategy call is where a lead becomes a sale, so each one needs a clear status and a working meeting link. This is the one place to manage calls, whether a person booked on the public page or the AI booked over text.
How it works
- Upcoming lists future calls in order. Past shows the last 50, cancelled ones included.
- Open a call to see its details, both reminders, the lead's form answers and their conversation.
- Move this call recreates the Zoom meeting at the new time and re-arms both reminders.
- Cancel this call frees the slot and removes it from Google Calendar and Zoom.
- Mark Completed, No-show or Still on to record what happened.
Works with
- Calendar: the same calls as a week grid
- Meeting types: sets each call's length and Zoom setup
- Conversations: the text thread behind a booking
- Pre-booking: reminders sent before a call
Common questions
Do I have to mark attendance by hand?
Usually not. About 15 minutes after a Zoom call ends, the system checks who joined. A non-team guest for a minute or more marks it completed. Only team members present marks it a no-show.
Does moving or cancelling tell the lead?
No message is sent from this page, so let the lead know yourself. After a move, reminders go out for the new time.
