Why it exists
Different calls need different lengths, notice and limits, and this is where those rules live. It also decides what the AI offers: the shortest active meeting type is the call the AI books and the default booking link. Product demo is the exception: it is booked only from the website, and the AI never offers it.
How it works
- The list shows each type's booking page, length, notice, phone rule, booking count and status.
- Click New meeting type, or a name, to edit one.
- Set the length, minimum notice, buffers, how many days ahead people can book and an optional daily limit.
- Choose automatic Zoom meetings, a fixed join link as backup, and whether a phone number is required.
- Turn Live off to stop new bookings, or tick Archived to retire a type and keep its history.

What is the Product demo type?
The call people book from the Book a call page on niche-engine.com, the public website. It is never offered by the AI, whatever its length, and the AI never texts the people who book it: their replies wait in the Inbox for you. Change its length, notice or questions here like any other type.
Do the booking page and the AI show the same times?
Yes. Both use the same calculation, so a change here moves both at once.
