Availability

The weekly hours when calls can be booked, in the host's time zone.

Why it exists

Leads should only be offered times the host can really take. These windows are the starting point for every open slot on the booking page and in the AI's texts, so this page controls what can be booked at all.

How it works

  1. Each weekday has its own card. A day with no windows shows as closed.
  2. Click Add window and set a start and end time. A day can have several.
  3. Untick active to pause a window, or use the bin icon to remove it.
  4. Click Save. The whole week saves together, and a window that ends before it starts is refused.
  5. Upcoming date overrides, such as a day off, are listed under the week.

Common questions

How are open slots worked out?

Start times are checked every 15 minutes inside these windows. A slot is dropped if it clashes, buffers included, with another booked call or busy time on the ticked Google calendars.

What if Google Calendar disconnects?

No times are offered at all, so nobody is double-booked. If it stays disconnected for 45 minutes, the team gets a text to reconnect it on Integrations, and another when it works again. Short blips that fix themselves send nothing.
