Why it exists
Revenue must come from real payments, because the same figure is later reported to the ad platforms. The page keeps two numbers apart: attributed revenue (paid on or after a person's first tracked touch) and lifetime revenue (everything they ever paid).
How it works
- Stripe customers and charges are copied in automatically, and every contact is re-matched every hour.
- Matching uses the exact email, then the exact phone, never the name. Refunds come off and internal company billing never counts.
- Revenue by channel shows attributed revenue per first source and which ad platform it feeds back to. Organic feeds back nowhere.
- Sync Stripe, Reconcile or Full re-check refresh it now. Full re-check also clears revenue Stripe can no longer confirm.
Works with
- ROAS: attributed revenue is the ROAS revenue
- Qualified conversions: what was reported, buyer by buyer
- Customers: the full Stripe mirror
Common questions
Why two revenue numbers?
Lifetime includes payments made before someone first found us. Only attributed revenue is used for ROAS and sent to ad platforms, so repeat customers are not over-credited to ads.
What does "Send restatements to ad platforms" do?
It reports unsent attributed revenue to the platform each buyer came from. Platforms only add, so a wrong amount can never be lowered. Run Restate preview first.
What does the read-only viewer see?
The counts, with every dollar amount masked and no buttons.
