Why it exists
Calls are booked on the public booking page and by the AI over text, so nobody enters them by hand. This page shows the week at a glance, so you can see how full it is and what is coming up.
How it works
- The grid runs Sunday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm, in the host's time zone, with today highlighted.
- Green blocks are the bookable windows set on Availability.
- Dark blocks are booked calls with the lead's name and meeting type. A no-show turns amber.
- A coral band at the top of a day marks a webinar and its start time.
- Use the arrows to change week, Today to come back, and click a call to open that contact.
Works with
- Availability: supplies the green bookable windows
- Bookings: where calls are moved or cancelled
- Contacts: clicking a call opens the lead
- Events: webinars shown as bands
Common questions
Does this show my Google Calendar appointments?
No. It shows calls booked through Niche Engine and webinars. Google Calendar busy time is still checked before any slot is offered.
Why is a call outside the green area?
The availability rules changed after it was booked. The booking stays as it was. Cancelled calls are hidden here.
