Why it exists
Leads go cold when a promised text never arrives. This page shows every outstanding follow-up and queued text in one place, so the team can see the AI keeping its word and step in where needed.
How it works
- Tiles show Due now, Scheduled later, Queued texts and Sent this week.
- Owed a follow-up lists open conversations that are due, with stage, due time and whether they can be texted. Click a name to open the thread.
- Queued texts shows who, purpose, send time and a draft. The AI writes the final text fresh at send time.
- Any outbound text clears a follow-up, so replying by hand removes someone from the list.

Common questions
Where do queued texts come from?
Mostly the AI promising to text a lead at a time they chose: only people who agreed to texts, outside quiet hours, up to 90 days ahead, 3 pending per person at most.
When is a queued text cancelled?
If they opt out, the conversation is won or lost, they leave the AI route, or the send time passed over a day ago. If a person took over, it is held instead.
