Why it exists
Leads text in at all hours and the AI answers most of them, but some need a person. The Inbox puts open conversations in one list with clear flags, so nothing that needs a human slips past.
How it works
- Counters at the top show how many conversations sit at New, Engaged, Qualified and Booked.
- The list shows up to the 100 most recent conversations, lost ones hidden. A coloured bar shows the stage; an orange dot and bold name mean unread.
- Flags: Needs you means the AI asked for a person, AI paused means someone took over, Follow up means a follow-up is owed.
- In the preview, an arrow means we sent the last message (marked AI if the AI did). No arrow means the lead spoke last.
- Click a row to open the thread and reply.

Common questions
What makes a conversation unread?
The lead wrote after anyone on the team last opened the thread. Opening it clears the dot; the investor seat can look without clearing it.
Does the AI answer everyone here?
Only people on the AI route whose conversation is not paused, and never someone whose marketing was stopped. The webinar ladder gets event reminders only.
