Dashboard

The first screen after login: what needs attention now, then the headline business numbers.

Why it exists

A busy team needs one place that says where to look first. The dashboard leads with waiting work, such as unanswered leads and paused AI, then shows how the business is doing.

How it works

  1. Needs attention comes first: Waiting on a reply, Follow-ups due, AI paused and Inbound texts (24h). Each tile opens the Inbox and turns orange when work is waiting.
  2. Tile rows follow for Business, Money, Funnel, Messages sent and Ads, mostly over the last 30 days.
  3. Next webinar shows the coming event and its registrations. Upcoming calls lists the next five confirmed bookings.
  4. Last 24 hours shows texts sent and received and when the last inbound text arrived.

Works with

  • Inbox: every attention tile opens it
  • Events: linked from the Next webinar card
  • Team: sets which blocks a restricted user sees

Common questions

Does revenue include refunds and fees?

Revenue is after refunds but before Stripe fees. Internal billing accounts (the business paying its own subscriptions) never count.

What is Blended ROAS?

Revenue divided by ad spend across all platforms, for the last 30 days and since ad spend was first recorded.

Why are some numbers hidden?

The investor seat sees real values only for ROAS, active subscriptions, new customers, funnel figures, cost per registration and messages sent. Restricted users see only the blocks enabled for them.
