ROAS

Ad spend compared with the revenue it actually produced, per platform and blended, over one date window.

Why it exists

ROAS is revenue divided by ad spend, so 1.0 is break-even and anything higher means ads pay for themselves. It is read two ways, from our own lead tracking and from Stripe's customer records, so you can see when they disagree.

How it works

  1. Pick a From date and click Apply. By default the page starts at the first webinar on record, and one window drives every table.
  2. Spend & return by platform: Meta, TikTok, Google and OpenAI spend against revenue from people whose first touch falls in the window.
  3. Blended ROAS: sales from customers new in Stripe during the window, divided by all ad spend. Renewals from older members are left out.
  4. Click Recalculate with Stripe to re-check every contact now instead of waiting for the hourly update.

Works with

  • Revenue: where attributed revenue comes from
  • Ads: Meta spend ad by ad
  • Attribution: how first-touch channels are set

Common questions

Why do the top table and Blended ROAS differ?

The top table counts every payment after a first ad touch, including later upgrades. Blended counts only customers new in Stripe, including people our tracking never saw.

Why does OpenAI show no spend?

It needs a separate reporting key. Until then its revenue is shown but kept out of the totals.

Does deleting a bad ad improve ROAS?

No. Spend comes from daily snapshots, so a deleted campaign keeps its spend here.
