Why it exists
The landing page is where ad money turns into registrations, so its copy must be easy to change without a developer. A separate Google Ads version exists because Google wants more original content than a form.
How it works
- Edit the top label, main headline, subheadline and button text. Type {{event_name}} anywhere to show the active event name.
- Fill in the seat box, the "Is this for me?" bullets and the host section with name, title and bio.
- For the Google Ads page at /g, fill in only the lines Google asked you to change. Blank lines are taken from the main page.
- Add the long-form sections for /g. Each one only appears when it has text.
- Click Save, then View landing page to read it as a visitor does.
Works with
- Events: event name and countdown come from the active event
- Confirmation messages: what is sent right after the form
- Confirmation page: the thank-you page after the form
Common questions
What happens if I leave a field blank?
The page uses the shipped default wording for that line.
Do I set the countdown?
No. It is calculated from the active event on the Events page.
Which page should Google Ads point at?
The /g version. The form, event and countdown are the same on both pages.
