Why it exists
Leads ask real questions about the program, pricing and how things work, and the AI should answer from approved material instead of guessing. Each document is split into passages, and the ones closest to what the lead asked go to the AI with each reply.
How it works
- Click Add document and paste text, give a web address, or upload a PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD or CSV file.
- Pick which personas use it, and add tags if you like.
- Save it as a draft or publish it. Uploaded files are published straight away.
- The list shows each document's personas, tags, passage count, status and indexed date.
- Use Publish or Unpublish on a row, or click the Personas cell to change who uses it.

Common questions
Can the AI quote a draft?
No. Only published documents are ever searched.
Which documents does a persona read?
Only the ones attached to it. If none are attached, it uses its scope tags, and with no tags it can draw on every published document.
Why was my PDF refused?
A scanned PDF has no text layer, so there is nothing to quote. Upload a text version.
