Registrations

Every webinar sign-up, with where the person came from and which reminders reached them.

Why it exists

A raw count does not tell you whether ads bring in new people or the same list again, or whether people heard from you. This page answers both.

How it works

  1. The cards at the top split sign-ups into first time, second time and third or more.
  2. With no event picked, a table shows those numbers per webinar. Click a date to filter to it.
  3. Filter by event, textable, source, 24-hour reminder status, visit number, campaign, ad set or ad.
  4. In the Touches column, five dots show the 24-hour, 1-hour, 15-minute, live and mid-webinar messages: green for email and text sent, amber for one of the two, grey for none.
  5. Export the list as a CSV. It follows the event filter.

Works with

  • Events: each event links here filtered
  • Contacts: click a name to open the contact
  • Attribution: deeper view of where leads came from

Common questions

What does "Visit" mean?

How many different webinars this person has registered for, counting this one. 1st is grey, repeats are green.

Why does a row say textable "no"?

The person did not tick the text consent box, so they get emails but no texts. "Opted out" means they asked to stop getting texts.

How do I stop the reminders to one person?

Click their name to open the contact, then Stop all marketing on the right. They get no more reminders, texts or emails from any webinar or campaign.

Does the table show everyone?

It lists the newest 200 matching rows. The count shows the full total, and the CSV follows only the event filter.
